The following Privacy Policy for Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) applies to all information obtained from the User by Management Company “Bonkraft” LLC located under the domain name during the use of either website or website programs and products.


1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. “ Website Administration (hereinafter – the “Website Administration”)” means authorized employees managing the website acting on behalf of Management Company “Bonkraft” LLC, INN 1832101813, OGRN 1121832005118, who arrange for and (or) carry out the processing of personal data and determine purposes of the personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, as well as the actions (operations) performed on personal data.
1.1.2. “Personal Data” means any information directly or indirectly relating to a particular or identifiable individual (personal data subject).
1.1.3. “Personal Data Processing” means any action (operation), or set of actions (operations) performed on personal data with or without the use of automated tools. This may include collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating or altering), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion or destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. “Personal Data Confidentiality” means responsibility of the Processor or of any other person who has obtained access to personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the personal data subject or any other legal grounds.

1.1.7. “IP Address” means a unique network address of a node in a computer network built in accordance with IP protocol.


2.1. By using website, the User agrees with this Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions of the User’s personal data processing.
2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the website.
2.3. This Privacy Policy shall only apply to website. Management Company “Bonkraft” LLC does not control and is not responsible for the third-party websites to which the User can click through to by means of links available on website.
2.4. The Website Administration does not verify accuracy of personal data provided by the website User.


3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Website Administration for non-disclosure and protection of the privacy of personal data which the User provides at the request of the Website Administration while registering on the website or placing an order.
3.2. The personal data permitted for processing hereunder which are disclosed by the User upon order placement or during registration on website include:
3.2.1. User’s last name, first name and patronymic name;
3.2.2. User’s contact phone number;
3.2.3. e-mail address;
3.2.4. delivery address; and
3.2.5. User’s residential address.
3.3. The online store protects the Data automatically transmitted in the process of viewing ad blocks, as well as when visiting pages on which a statistical system script is installed (“pixel”):
– IP address;
– information from cookies;
– browser information (or another program that provides access to ads display);
– time of access;
– address of the page where the ad unit is located; and
– referrer (address of the previous page).
3.3.1. Disabling cookies may result in unavailability of the parts of website which require authorization.

4.1. The User’s personal data may be used by the Website Administration for the following purposes of:
4.1.1. Identifying the User registered on website for order placement and (or) contracting with remotely.
4.1.2. Providing the User with access to personalized resources on website.

5.1. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out for an unlimited period of time by any legal means, including within personal data information systems with or without the use of automation tools.
5.2. The User agrees that the Website Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, particularly to courier services, post offices, telecom carriers, in order to fulfill the User’s orders placed on website, including delivery of the Goods.
5.3. The User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data the Website Administration shall inform the User about said loss or disclosure of personal data.
5.5. The Website Administration shall take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination, as well as other illegal actions of third parties.
5.6. The Website Administration, together with the User, shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.


6.1. The User shall:
6.1.1. Provide the information regarding personal data required to use website.
6.1.2. Update and supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.

6.2. The Website Administration shall:

6.2.1. Use the obtained information solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Keep the confidential information secret, not disclose this information without the prior written consent of the User, and not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in any other possible way the transferred personal data of the User, save and except clause 5.2. and 5.3. in this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect confidentiality of the User’s personal data in the manner routinely used to protect this type of information in existing business transactions.
6.2.4. Block access to personal data of a particular User from the time of the User’s request or that of his/her legal representative or authorized body for protection of rights of the subjects of personal data during the period of verification in case of detection of any unreliable personal data or illegal actions.


7.1. In case of failure to fulfill its obligations the Website Administration shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except as otherwise provided for in clauses 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. The Website Administration shall not be liable in case of loss or disclosure of the confidential information if said confidential information:
7.2.1. Became part of the public domain before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party before its disclosure to the Website Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.


8.1. Prior to filing a lawsuit concerning disputes arising from the relationship between the Website User and the Website Administration, it is mandatory to file a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2. Within 30 calendar days from receipt of the claim the recipient shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim consideration.
8.3. In case of failure to reach an agreement the dispute will be submitted to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration.


9.1. The Website Administration shall have the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
9.2. A new Privacy Policy shall take effect from the date of publication on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
