Containerized incinerators are fully equipped and optimally meet the individual requirements of the customer. The incinerator is mounted in steel containers 20 or 40 feet long, equipped with an afterburner chamber, smoke exhauster, dust collector, deflectors and cables. The equipment and all inter-node connections in the container are supplied ready for use. The package can be supplemented at the customer’s request with generators and fuel tanks located in special sections.
The IU-200 is a small-volume incinerator furnace with vertical loading. It is used for the disposal of solid waste, industrial waste, biological waste (animal corpses, slaughterhouse waste, waste from meat processing plants) and medical waste. Loading up to 200 kg of waste into the installation. The incinerator has the necessary certificates and permits that meet the environmental requirements of the Russian Federation, including a positive conclusion from the State Environmental Expertise.
