Incinerator IU-750 for thermal utilization and neutralization of solid waste, biological waste (animal carcasses, slaughterhouse waste, meat-packing plant waste) and medical waste. It is used partly for burning oil sludge. The unit is capable of burning up to 180 kg per hour, depending on the density of the waste. The incinerator has a two-chamber design – this is a combustion chamber, where waste is loaded and burned, and an afterburning chamber, where the exhaust gas is neutralized. The chambers are connected by a transition. All parts that come into contact with hot gas are lined with high-strength refractory bricks with an intermediate thermal insulation layer of refractory fiber. The incinerator has the necessary certificates and permits that meet the environmental requirements of the Russian Federation, including a positive conclusion from the State Environmental Expertise.
