Incinerator IU-750 in the amount of 2 pcs. were manufactured according to the standard design of the BONKRAFT ® plant, except for the combustion chamber cover. At the customer’s request, the cover lining was made of heat-resistant concrete. The incinerator furnace with a capacity of up to 750 kg is used for the disposal of solid waste, biological waste (animal carcasses, slaughterhouse waste, meat-packing plant waste) and medical waste. It is partially used for burning oil sludge. One unit is capable of burning up to 180 kg per hour, depending on the density of the waste. The incinerator has the necessary certificates and permits that meet the environmental requirements of the Russian Federation, including a positive conclusion from the State Environmental Expertise. The incinerator has a stationary control panel and an electric lifting mechanism for the combustion chamber cover.
