Container-type incinerator IU-1000. It is used for the disposal of solid waste, biological waste (animal carcasses, slaughterhouse waste, meat-packing plant waste) and medical waste. It is used partially for burning oil sludge. The unit has a capacity of up to 250 kg per hour. The incinerator has the necessary certificates and permits that meet the environmental requirements of the Russian Federation, including a positive conclusion from the State Environmental Expertise. The incinerator has a stationary control panel. The kit includes 3 burners, . Additionally, a scrubber and a fuel tank are supplied.
The container protects the equipment from climatic influences and unauthorized access. It is manufactured according to GOST-15150-69. The frame is made of steel profile pipes, the sheathing is made of corrugated sheets, insulated. The floor is made of non-slip metal coating. The container is equipped with lighting.
